We, ‘CMA BV’, are aware about privacy issues of our services and websites. Therefore we strictly follow all data protection procedures regarding the full security of your personal information. We value your security and privacy and therefore would like to inform you how we handle personal information.
What information do we collect?
Our website is structured in such a way that you can visit it without identifying yourself or revealing any personal information. Any personal data, such as name, address, e-mail address, phone number, date of birth etc., will not be collected, unless you provide them voluntarily.
We collect your personal information when you request information, register for a professional development course, a newsletter, an access to teaching and learning resources, download a software product, get login to our web store, place an order, respond to a survey or communication such as e-mail, or participate in another site feature.You can be assured that these data will only be used to support your customer relationship with CMA.
Software
We do not collect, store or transmit any personal information during the installation and use of our software programs and apps. The single exception to this holds only for the Coach 7, Coach 7 Lite and Coach 7 App, where you are required to enter a personal license name and code during the first launch. These credentials are verified (silently) through an automated online system. There is no license check for the Coach 7 Modeler and Coach 7 Modeler and Video apps.
Newsletter
If you are registered to receive our e-mail newsletter, we may send you periodic e-mails. With the newsletter we will inform you about our offers, developments and news of our products.
If you no longer would like to receive e-mail from us, please let us know by emailing us at info@cma-science.nl. Please note that due to email production schedules you may receive any emails already in production.
Our Web Store
Our web store is hosted by IB-Vision B.V.They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The application BizzView Webshop System is used to store your data in a database on a secure server located in the Netherlands. Third-part services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
Our website uses Google Analytics to help us learn about who visits our site and what pages are being looked at. Hereby we anonymize your IP address so that this data cannot be used to identify you as a person. We do not share this information with third parties, including Google specialists.
How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. When you place orders or access your personal information, we offer the use of a secure server. All sensitive information you supply is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our databases to be only accessed as stated above.
Data sharing
We respect and protect your private information; we do not sell, rent, or lease your personal information to others. We restrict access to personal information to CMA employees, contractors, and agents who need this information to perform their job duties. Those who have access to personal information are subject to confidentiality obligations.
