Prices and shipping cost 

All prices are ex. VAT and do not include shipping cost. 
Shipping cost will be added according to actual cost.


If you wish to place an order in the CMA webshop you must first create a webshop account. We do not share any of the information you provide with any other company, other than what is required to complete your order (i.e. delivery information to the courier). Please note that CMA delivers only to countries that do not have our local representative. First check the list of our dealers.
After receiving your on-line order CMA confirms the order by sending an order confirmation, which includes the shipping costs. The customer can check this order confirmation and modify the order if needed. After the order confirmation has been accepted, CMA send a pro-forma invoice. Payment has to be done in advance, based on this pro-forma invoice.
The products will be shipped as soon as the payment is received.
When ordering Coach software products you will receive a License letter with your license information and the installation code. The installation files can be downloaded from the CMA website under Downloads.

The total amount stated on the invoice has to be paid, the bank or any other cost has to be covered by a buyer.


All articles, which are in stock are delivered within 1 week. Items, which are not in stock are placed in backorder and will be delivered as soon as they are available. These items will be invoiced separately. 

Damaged goods in transit 

Please check all packages on receipt. Check if all ordered products are present and function properly. If you find any mistakes or problems please contact CMA as soon as possible, and within 2 weeks. Claims for damage to goods during shipment must be made within 24 hours after reception of goods. 


Most CMA products carry a 24-months warranty. During the warranty, we will repair or replace a defected product if there is a defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover damage to the product caused by abuse or improper use. The product manuals describe the products and their use. In case of doubts about the operation of a product, please contact CMA in advance. The purchase invoice (or copy thereof) serves as warranty proof. 


Outside the warranty, CMA repairs selected interfaces (against fixed cost-rates) and offers a special rate for replacing sensors. It is recommended to contact CMA first and report your problem. In many situations we can help to solve the problem, saving you shipping and repair costs.
